Our policy You may return unworn, unsoiled items within 15 days of receiving the items/item for exchange or store credit only. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Lingerie and undergarments cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
